Alicia Svarda
Chief Executive Officer
Alicia Svarda has been with the Mirror Lake Recovery Center team since July 2018, when she became our chief financial officer. She has served as our CEO since January 2020.
When Alicia joined the Mirror Lake Recovery Center team, she already had more than seven years of healthcare leadership experience. She began her healthcare career in the field of cancer research, and she also spent five years working with nonprofit organizations. Her career choices have demonstrated her passion for working for companies that have a mission she can stand behind.
Alicia’s academic accomplishments include earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University.
Alicia believes that our mission at Mirror Lake Recovery Center is to help our clients build the foundation for lifelong recovery and a brighter future.
